When Patty Jimenez arrived in Jacksonville eight years ago, she left one of the most thriving Hispanic cultural and business centers in the state in Miami.
Now, Jimenez lives in one of the highest touted Hispanic entrepreneurial cities in the country, at least according to Wallethub.com.
